A Prospectus is the list of tuition on offer at a venue - the activities and charges a parent sees when they come to apply.

This screen is where prospectuses are defined. Assigning them to particular schools and centres, and the difference between a standard and a tailored prospectus, is covered in Types of Prospectus.

Targeting a prospectus

A prospectus can be restricted by Business Type, School Type and School Category, so the right offer reaches the right venues. A programme intended for secondary academies need not be offered to primary schools, and the targeting saves maintaining near-identical prospectuses by hand.

Assignable controls whether the prospectus can be attached to venues at all, which is what lets one be prepared before it is put into use.
