Pupil Hires Awaiting Coll/Del

Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Hires > Pupil Hires Awaiting Coll/Del.

These are pupil hires with a specific item attached that has not yet reached the hirer. The instrument is identified and reserved, but it is still with you, waiting to be collected or delivered.

When the item is handed over, set the Date Provided. That takes the hire out of this queue and marks it as live.

This queue is worth keeping short. An item sitting here is unavailable to anyone else - it is committed to this hire - while the pupil has nothing to play.
