Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Hires > Org's Hires Awaiting Coll/Del.

These are organisation hires with resources attached that have not yet reached the school or centre. The items are identified and reserved, but still with you.

Because organisation hires are often bulk arrangements, a single entry here can be holding a substantial part of your stock. Setting the Date Provided when the items go out takes the hire out of this queue and marks it live.
