Group Member Remission/Subsidy Requests

Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Group Members > Group Member Remission/Subsidy Requests.

This is the queue of remission and subsidy claims made against group membership fees.

It works exactly as the tuition queue does - the claims arrive from people applying online for a group, and each one names the member, the group, the discount claimed and any evidence supplied.

Group membership is charged separately from tuition, so a member may qualify for a discount on one and not the other. That is why the requests are queued here rather than mixed in with tuition.
