Teacher Activity Types

Open Settings from the side menu bar, then Activity > Teacher Activity Types.

Teacher Activity Types classify what a teacher spends time on. Each type is put into a category - Tuition Activity or Group Activity - which determines how the time is treated.

The reason for classifying it is pay and workload. A teacher's diary contains more than lessons, and the type is what says which of those entries counts as what. Without it, everything in the diary looks alike.
