Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Schools > SLA Management.

This is where Service Level Agreements with schools are managed once they exist

• the central view of which schools have an agreement, and what state each one is in.

An SLA sets out the tuition a school is buying from your service for the year. Where a school is billed directly rather than the parents, the agreement is what that billing rests on, so its status matters: activities continuing into a new year are created with a pending status and stay that way until the school has reviewed and accepted the agreement.

Use this screen to see which agreements are still pending, and to chase the ones that are holding up billing.
