Hire Remission/Subsidy Requests

Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Hires > Hire Remission/Subsidy Requests.

This is the queue of remission and subsidy claims made against instrument and equipment hire charges.

It works exactly as the tuition queue does. Hire is charged separately from tuition and from group membership, so a pupil may be entitled to help with one and not the others - a family might receive a discount on lessons while paying the full hire charge, or the other way round.

Each request names the hirer, the resource on hire, the discount being claimed, and any evidence supplied.
