Org's Hires Requiring Assignment

Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Hires > Org's Hires Requiring Assignment.

These are hires agreed with a school or other organisation where no particular item has been attached yet.

Organisation hires often cover several instruments at once - a school taking a set of violins for a whole class - so this queue tends to involve assigning a number of resources against a single agreement rather than one item to one person. The organisation then allocates them to its own pupils, who may not have records on your system at all.

Once resources are attached, the hire moves on to Org's Hires Awaiting Coll/Del.
