Faculty

Open Settings from the side menu bar, then Teachers > Faculty.

A Faculty identifies the area a teacher belongs to. For a music service that is usually the instrument family they teach in - Percussion, Keys, Strings, Guitar, Brass - though it can be whatever grouping makes sense for your organisation.

Setting faculties up lets you look at teaching by area rather than only by individual, which is useful when you are checking cover, comparing workload across the service, or working out who to approach about a vacancy.
