Card Schedule Manager

Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Debtors > Card Schedule Manager.

This is the central view of card payment schedules - the instalment plans where a debtor's balance is collected from a saved card over several dates rather than in one go.

Individual schedules are set up and adjusted on the debtor's own account. What this screen adds is the view across all of them, which is what you need when something goes wrong: a card that has expired, a payment that failed, a schedule on hold that nobody has released.

Those cases do not announce themselves on individual records, so a periodic look at the whole set is the practical way to catch them before a collection date passes.
