SMS Manager

Open Tools from the side menu bar, then SMSManager.

SMS Manager is where text messaging is managed. It shows the messages your service has sent, how many credits have been used, and lets you order more.

Credits

Texts are paid for in credits, bought in advance and used up as messages go out. When they run out, messages stop - so the balance is worth watching before anything that will send a lot at once, such as a term-wide cancellation or a reminder to every parent.

The purchase log records what has been bought and when, which is what you need when reconciling messaging costs or working out how quickly credits are being consumed.

Sent messages

The list of messages sent is the record of what actually went out and when. It is the place to check when someone says they did not receive a message.
