Message Content Templates

Open Settings from the side menu bar, then Organisation > Message Content Templates.

This is where the message templates themselves are defined - the reusable wording behind the emails and messages Xperios sends.

Sharing and overriding

A template carries an Override Type, which controls whether it replaces standard content or supplements it, and a Share setting for whether it is available beyond the area that created it.

That is the distinction worth understanding: this screen is about the templates as objects. Changing the wording of a specific automatic email your service sends is done from Override Standard Email Content, which lists the system's own messages and lets you edit their content.
