Content Media

Open Settings from the side menu bar, then Rapport > Content Media.

Licence

Content Media is part of the Rapport licence.

Content Media is your public file store. Upload an image or a document here and Xperios gives you back a URL you can copy and use anywhere - on the Portal, inside an email, or in any other content you produce.

That is the point of it: email and web content cannot carry an attachment the way a letter does, they have to point at a file that is already published somewhere. This is that somewhere.

Using it

Upload the asset, then copy its URL and paste it wherever the image or download is needed. Because everything points at the same stored copy, replacing a file here updates it everywhere it is used, without having to revisit each message or page.

Anything here is public

This is a public store. A file's URL is all anyone needs to open it, so nothing confidential or personal should be uploaded - assume anything placed here can be seen by anyone who has, or guesses, the link.
