Teacher Pay - Processed

Open Business Managment from the side menu bar, then Teachers > Teacher Pay - Processed.

This is teacher pay that has been approved and processed. It is the record of what was actually paid, and for which work.

Use it to answer questions after the event - what a teacher was paid in a given period, which sessions a payment covered, whether something has already been paid before you pay it again. Because processed pay is no longer in the approval queue, this is the only place the detail remains visible.

Anything that still needs correcting after processing has to be handled as an adjustment rather than by re-running the pay, since the original has already gone out.
