Open Settings from the side menu bar, then Rapport > Marketing Lists.

Licence

Marketing Lists are part of the Rapport licence.

A Marketing List is a named audience: a set of contacts you want to be able to reach as a group.

Rather than being a hand-maintained list of names, it is built from a query. You point the list at a query and tell it which column holds the contact, and the membership follows whatever that query returns.

That is what stops the list going stale. A hand-picked list is accurate on the day it is made and wrong thereafter; a query-backed one re-evaluates, so people who now qualify are included and people who no longer do drop out without anyone maintaining it.
