My Pupil Reports
My Pupil Reports is where your children's reports from their teachers appear. It is on the menu where you are a payer on the account and your service runs reporting.
Where to find it: My Pupil Reports
Choose the reporting period — reports belong to a period, usually a term or a year — and you get a line per report:
| Column | |
|---|---|
| Name | The child |
| Subject | What the report is about |
| Teacher | Who wrote it |
| Report period | Which period it covers |
View opens one. Print reports gives you the whole period's set in one go, which is the easier route when you have more than one child or want them for a record at home.
What a report contains
Your teacher's comments, the levels your child has reached, their attendance over the period, their grades, and their exam history.
What you will not see, and why
A report carries no manager's annotation and does not say who authorised it. Those are part of how the service checks reports internally before releasing them — the report you read is the teacher's account of your child's work.
If a report you expected is not there
Two things have to be true before a report reaches you: the teacher's report must have been authorised, and the period must have been opened to parents by the service. Both are out of your hands, and the second is the commoner reason for a wait — the service usually releases a whole period at once, so reports tend to appear together rather than trickling in.
If the rest of a period has arrived and one child's has not, that is worth asking about. Help is the quickest route, or Messages if you would rather ask the teacher.
