Consultations

A consultation is a meeting with parents - a parents' evening, a progress discussion - that people book a slot in.

Setting one up

A consultation event decides who it is for. The filter type narrows that to a kind of service, and where only one service type of that kind exists it is chosen for you.

From there you set when it runs and how long each slot is, and parents book themselves in.

Archiving

A consultation in use is archived rather than deleted, so the bookings made against it stay readable.
