Running a Query

Selecting a saved query and clicking Run takes you to the results screen. You are prompted for any parameters, then shown the results as a table.

Exporting

Export to Excel and Export to CSV download exactly what is currently visible — respecting any column show/hide and filtering you have applied on screen, not just the raw query output.

Alerts

You can set a threshold alert on a query's row count — for example, "notify me when this returns more than 0 rows".

Choose a comparison (>, >=, =, <, <=) and a threshold. Xperios checks the query periodically and notifies you the moment the condition first becomes true, then stays quiet until it clears and re-triggers. Notification is in-app, falling back to email if you are not logged in when it fires.

Alerts currently work only for queries that take no parameters.

Favourites

The star icon pins frequently-used queries to the top of your list. Favouriting is personal — it does not affect what anyone else sees.

Saving results as a Dashboard Item

Save as Dashboard Item turns the current results into a reusable tile that can be placed on a dashboard. See Dashboards for how Dashboard Items work.
