Sections and emailing

A report can be marked as sectioned by record — one section per Teacher, for example. This does two things on the report viewer.

Jumping to a section

A list of sections appears down the side, so you can go straight to one teacher's section instead of scrolling the whole report.

Emailing sections

Email Section and Email All Sections send each section straight to the relevant person. The recipient is looked up from a column on that section — the teacher's own contact record, for instance. You can customise the subject and message, and the report is attached as a PDF.

This is a one-off, on-demand send. For something that should go out repeatedly, use scheduled delivery instead.
