Tasks

Tasks are the things waiting on somebody in your team — approvals to give, requests to answer. The Tasks menu shows how many of each are outstanding.

What it covers

Task	What is waiting
Credit Approvals	Credits raised and waiting to be authorised
Refund Approvals	Refund requests waiting to be authorised
Service Requests	Requests from schools and organisations waiting for an answer
Authorise Withdrawal Requests	Withdrawals somebody has asked for, waiting for a decision

Each shows a live count, so a glance tells you whether anything needs doing.

Counts only, for now

Tasks in Fusion shows you how many of each are outstanding. It does not yet open the list, so you cannot action them here.

Use Xperios Desktop to work through them. The counts are the same figures, so this is still the quickest way to see whether a trip to Desktop is needed at all.

Clicking through to the actual items is separate work, and this page will be updated when it arrives.
