Scheduled delivery

For a report you want sent out automatically on a repeating basis — rather than one-off via Email Section — use the Schedule button on the report viewer.

Setting a schedule

Cadence — Daily, or Weekly on a specific day.

Time — what time the report goes out. Times are set in UTC.

Recipients — each recipient is chosen individually, and can be delivered one of two ways:

• In-app notification — for an existing Xperios user. They get a notification with a link to the rendered report inside the app. If they have no resolvable login at the time it fires, it falls back to a plain email automatically, so it still reaches them.
• Email — sends the rendered report as a PDF attachment directly to any contact's email address, a Teacher for example. No Xperios login is required.

Send Now

Send Now triggers an existing schedule immediately, outside its normal cadence — useful for testing, or for an ad-hoc need.
