Pupils tab
Here you can set up consent questions which are then asked during the application process in the Portal.
You can add up to six pupil consent questions and will need to enable each one you want to use.
Pupil Consent Label - add a label to the consent question so you can identify it in the system reports.
Pupil Consent Question - enter the question you wish to ask the pupil here. This will show as a tick box in the Portal - see screenshot below.
Pupil Consent Service Type Category Group - here you can specify if you would like the consent question to be asked for all types of applications, or just for specific areas such as just groups.
Pupil Consent Service Type - you can also specify if you would like the consent question to be asked for just one single Service Type in particular.
Pupil Consent Include Adult - if this is ticked, the Portal will ask the consent regardless of age. If left unticked it will only ask non adults.
How this looks in the Portal:
Customers can consent using the 👍option, or can reject using the 👎option.
