The next tab along the top is the Communication tab just like the one below. Teachers can send secure messages to the pupils/parents from this screen. Teachers can use the Select All option if they would like to send the same message to everyone, or simply select the pupils they wish to contact. They can then enter a Subject and enter their message. The system will send each person  their own secure message, not sharing any contact details. Each recipient will receive an email notification to let them know that they have a new secure message in the portal.

Each communication is also stored on the Journal tab of the Teacher and recipient record within Xperios.
