Adding Your Own Questions

Once all the above are set up you can set up your knowledge base. This is where you add questions, which the AI will then look at when someone is asking a question. Here you can add any common questions that people ask, such as what are your term dates? You can add questions continuously, so if you notice a certain question is being asked commonly you can then add it as a question.

To add questions to your knowledge base, go to issues, which are found from the 24 icon shown below. Then go to QnA knowledge base.




Once in there you will see any questions that exists already. To add new questions, click on the plus icon. This will bring up the below view on the right-hand side. First you select who the question would be relevant for. You can select one, multiple or all the contact category types. Next you can add the question, to type the question click in the second question box, the first will show what you have typed. You can add multiple versions of the question using the plus icon next to the question, you can delete the extra question using the x icon. Adding additional questions allows for the ai to identify it more where customers will word the question differently. Then add the answer to the question. Once finished click the save icon.
